On July 16, 2015, Modified Ventures is putting in it's tenth Social Retail Summit covering topics from Social Impact and Conscious Retail (which we're most excited about) to Marketing to Direct-to-Consumer Strategies. This summit has been put on in London, Toronto, and New York, and it's back in the city with a new round of speakers and new opportunities for community building.
The Summit, which runs from 3 PM to 10 PM at Ludlow Studios on Thursday consists of four panels with breaks for networking and cocktails. Speakers include Kit Hickey from Ministry of Supply, Michael Kim of Casper (you've definitely seen Casper's clever mattress ads on the subway), David Bolotsky of UnCommon Goods, and Jodi Susman of Catrinka. Get a taste of the summit by watching videos of previous speakers here and learn more about it here. And if you can't make it, don't worry, we'll be blogging and tweeting from the event.
